All prices quoted are Excluding VAT

Further discounts are at the discretion of the seller only

Good Supplied remain the property of KuyaSebenza until paid for in Full

Payment strictly Cash or EFT. In case of the latter no Equipment will be released until the EFT is verified

KuyaSebenza accepts no liability for any harm or damages caused as a direct result from improper use/installation of the product.

KuyaSebenza (or its agents) accept no responsibility for any harm or damage that may occur due to incorrect/unauthorised maintenance and repairs on the Equipment

The Guarantee offered on the Equipment is bespoke to that particular item and is non-negotiable and by paying the stated sales amount it is considered that the Buyer is satisfied with the Guarantee offered

Guarantees are printed and specific exclusions (such as Glass, Seals etc) will be highlighted and if necessary notated
The equipment sold (Guarantee aside) is considered to be sold ‘Voets Toets’ and the Buyer will have no claim outside of the specific Guarantee period
